  Orders / Contract

  For the terms of its orders, the EU states that:

  2. Decodomus must return the money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, we can delay to return the money if we do not receive the products or proof of return. Refunds must include shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase.

  DecoDomus provides the user with the possibility of ordering the products that are available, through the online store and receiving the products from any store maintained by ELTA - couriers nationwide and with the cooperating transport company.   Discount coupons 10% for next purchase are only valid for purchases from our online store. They are not redeemable for money or possibility to be redeemed in our physical store.

  The coupon is valid for 90 days from issue date and it is valid for all online store codes.

  Warranty

  All customers of www.decodomus.gr benefit from the manufacturer's guarantee of the products they supply at www.decodomus.gr

  If the product you buy is defective within the first 6 months, it is considered that the problem existed when you received it, unless the dealer can prove otherwise. Therefore, you deserve free repair or replacement, or if this proves too difficult or expensive, you may be offered a price reduction or refund.

  If the product you buy brakes after 6 months, you deserve free repair or replacement, or at least a reduction in price or a refund. However, you must prove that the problem already existed upon receipt of the products.

  Force majeure

  DecoDomus is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery), which are due to cases that cannot be attributed to DecoDomus's fault or due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of execution time.   Your obligations as a Customer

  You have the right to return the products you bought upon deadline in 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product. In this case you are burdened only the direct cost of returning. The amount that will be returned to you corresponds to the net value of the product, without including shipping costs and cash on delivery costs.

  Returns are accepted provided:

  You contacted our online store the same day or the next working day.

  The products are in the same condition in which you received them, without being unsealed or their packaging has been violated.

  The product is accompanied by a retail receipt or invoice.

  This Convention does not affect any consumer rights provided by law.

  Modification of the terms of the present.

  Various

  If any part of this Convention is found to be void or unenforceable by a court decision, the remainder of the Convention shall remain in force.
