  DecoDomus company due to the uniqueness of a large portion of products it markets (fragile, heavy or bulky) places great emphasis not only on the shipment of goods, but on their SAFE shipment.

  Having the above as a basic criterion, it has entered into the best agreements, through the market, with the corresponding transport - courier companies for the best, most economical and safest service throughout Greece.

  So, it is possible to send three ways (depending on the products):

  o By courier at the door of your home,

  o With transport company independently of volume & weight.

  Shipping costs vary depending on your order and place of shipment. The following are generally true:

  o For purchases over 100 € shipping costs are FREE(there are exceptions).

  o Orders in areas that are considered inaccessible or remote from CourierELTA are excluded. In such a case, the customer will be informed in advance.

  o Furniture and very heavy or bulky orders have a different charge, which is made after consultation with the store. These are shipped by courier and delivered to the collaborating agency, unless, after consultation, they are delivered to the sidewalk of the delivery address.

  The delivery time mentioned in the Order Confirmation is approximate.

  The DecoDomus will make every effort to send you the products within the working days that are listed as delivery time on each product on the website. For products whose availability is "ON ORDER" the delivery time is set at approximately 5 - 30 working days (Monday to Friday), provided that they can be ordered from the suppliers of DecoDomus. In any case, the customer service department will contact you in order to inform you about the availability of the product and the exact time of delivery. There is also the possibility of partial delivery.

  The place of delivery is mentioned in the Order Confirmation.

  Ownership of the Product is transferred after full payment while the risk is transferred upon delivery.

  Products travel at the responsibility of each consumer-buyer from DecoDomus.
